Health Fitness
Workout intended for beginners, pregnant women, postpartum women, people with back problems, middle-aged and elderly people with the aim of strengthening health, improving well-being and quality of life. The workout includes medium and low intensity exercises for musculoskeletal prevention, strength/endurance, coordination and balance, aerobic type exercises for heart health. Inventory is used in training, such as balls, rubber bands, dumbbells, etc.
