WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO JOIN THE LEMON GYM CLUB?

1. Download the app and register

Download the Lemon Gym Latvia mobile app.

Enter your email and create a new password by clicking on “Forgot password”.

Log in to the app.

2. Generate and scan a QR code

To generate a QR code, click on “My QR code” in the app.

Scan the generated QR code into the scanner located at the turnstile within 15 seconds.

To successfully scan a QR code:

  • Hold your phone between 5 and 20 cm away;
  • Make sure the phone screen is bright enough to scan the QR code;
  • Scan the QR code until the beep sounds and the green light appears.

After successful check-in, go inside immediately by turning the turnstile forward with your hand. Please note that if you have already scanned the generated QR code but have not entered the club, you will not be able to scan the code again and will be denied entry to the club for a certain period of time!

If the QR code cannot be scanned:

Make sure you have paid for your subscription. You can do this on the MY LEMON GYM self-service portal;
Contact the LEMON GYM Call Centre at +371 27275757.

Where can I get information about my subscription?

You can find information about your subscription in the “Lemon Gym Latvia” mobile app under “Profile” -> “Membership”, as well as in the MY LEMON GYM self-service portal, where you can also purchase additional services, register for workouts and see the subscription expiry date.

 

 

What payment methods are available?

For your convenience, we offer 3 payment methods:

  • Automatic payments: select the “E-Invoices” section in your online banking and add GYM LV SIA as a beneficiary. When filling in the e-invoice application, you will only need to enter your customer number, which you can find out in the MANS LEMON GYM self-service portal. Your invoice will then be sent to your bank each month, where you can easily pay it or set up automatic invoice payment.
  • Credit card details: add your payment card in the MANS LEMON GYM self-service portal and vingo without worries! Go to your profile, select “Payment Settings”, click on “Add new payment method”, select “Bank card” and enter the required details. After adding your payment card, select this payment method under “Payment settings”.
  • Payment link: use the payment link sent to your email at the beginning of each month.
Can I transfer my subscription to another person?

Yes, COMFORT or PREMIUM subscriptions can be transferred to another person remotely. The re-registration fee is € 5.

To remotely transfer your contract to another person:

  • The person wishing to take over the contract must fill in an application form;
  • Both parties need to sign the application with a secure electronic signature. If there is no secure e-signature, it can be signed free of charge via www.dokobit.com (Smart-ID identification required);
  • To apply, please email hello@lemongym.lv;
  • A contract will be drawn up and sent to the new subscription holder at the e-mail address provided in the application. The contract will need to be signed with a secure electronic signature and returned to hello@lemongym.lv. The contract will then be added to the new owner’s profile and will be viewable on the MANS LEMON GYM self-service portal.

Please note that the contract will only be active after the new owner of the contract has carried out all the above actions!

By what date must e-invoices be paid?

E-invoices must be paid by the 10th of the current month.

 

Can I change the LEMON GYM club I have chosen?

With a PREMIUM membership you have access to all 8 LEMON GYM clubs and can visit any of them, unless otherwise stated in your contract*

You cannot change clubs if:

  • A pre-sale subscription has been purchased;
  • Your existing subscription is not available at the selected club (e.g. COMFORT subscription is not available);
  • You have purchased a subscription at a lower price than is available at the selected club (e.g. if you have purchased a COMFORT subscription at €19.99/month, you cannot change your current club to another club where the same subscription currently costs more).

Otherwise, you can change clubs for a fee of € 3.

*Excludes PREMIUM subscriptions, which are limited to one club access.
