ABOUT THE CLUBS:

• 22 clubs in the Baltic States.

• From 2022 to 2024, 4 new clubs were opened, 6 more were reconstructed and renovated.

• At the beginning of 2025, Impuls clubs were transformed into Lemon Gym, one of which is large and modern.

• All new and renovated clubs have a modern interior, new design solutions, convenient division into zones, special rooms, as well as a wide range of additional services.

Sports club spaces requirements:

Area: 1400-1800 m2, can be on two floors in the ratio of 30/70% (we will consider offers for renting premises both in shopping centers and in other types of buildings);
Ceiling height 3.5 – 4.5 m;
Coating load – 500 kg/m2 ;
Minimum electrical power 125kw ;
Approximate ventilation capacity 20,000-25,000 m³/hour, temperature maintenance 18-21 °C ;
There is a dense population or an intense flow of people in the vicinity of the premises ;
Available parking (50-100 spaces);
The advantage is natural lighting in the premises, good visibility from the street, the possibility of placing the logo on the facade or roof of the building.
