What do I get when I buy LEMON GYM membership?
We offer different types of subscriptions – here you can see what is included in each of them.
From what age can you use LEMON GYM clubs?
LEMON GYM sports clubs can be used from the age of 14 with the permission of the parents, from the age of 18 the permission of the parents is not required.
For a parent:
When registering for a membership, after clicking on the “I want this deal” button, select the “For a minor” option and continue registering on the website. To do complete registration, you will need to have a SMART-ID or Mobile-ID.
If for some reason you are unable to purchase a membership on the website:
Fill up the form and sign with a secure e-signature*, send the document to the hello@lemongym.lv, A representative of LEMON GYM will contact you within 48 hours.
*If you don’t have a secure e-signature, you can sign it for free with www.dokobit.com (identification with Smart-ID will be required).
What documents must be presented when issuing a membership for a child at the club?
If you want to issue a membership for a child between 14 and 18 years old at the club, you will need to present:
• Child’s identity document (passport or ID card)
• Identity document of the parent or the child’s official guardian (passport or ID card)
• If the child’s first and last name is not entered in the parent’s passport, the child’s birth certificate must also be presented
• The child’s official guardian must present a document certifying guardianship

Can I try a LEMON GYM sports club before I become a member?
One of LEMON GYM branches can be tried for FREE once a year!
Every time you arrive at the sports club, you must have a clean tracksuit, a towel to put on the exercise equipment and a lock to lock the locker.
What is intro training or introductory training at the club?
Every LEMON GYM member who has a PREMIUM annual membership has the opportunity to apply for free intro training or introductory training at the club.
This is an opportunity to get acquainted and understand how each of the gym equipment technically works. This training is conducted by a club administrator who is not a certified trainer and does not conduct individual trainings, but is trained in the use of all gym equipment machines.
Intro training is a great option if you want to visit a sports club without a trainer, but do not know how to use exercise machines correctly. On the other hand, if you have been visiting the sports club for some time, but so far you have used only small equipment (dumbbells, rubbers, balls), but now you are ready to increase the load and start using exercise equipment as well, this is a great opportunity to understand which one will be the most suitable for you. During the introductory training, together with the club administrator, you will fill out a questionnaire, after which you will receive a 2-3 day training plan, which will be based on your wishes and physical abilities.

Can I transfer my gym membership to another person?
Yes, COMFORT or PREMIUM memberships can be transferred to another person remotely. The administration fee for re-registration is 5 EUR.
In order to remotely transfer the membership to another person, it is necessary to adhere to these points:
- A person wishing to transfer a membership must fill up and sign application.
- Both parties need to sign the application with a secure electronic signature. If there is no secure e-signature, it can be signed free of charge with the help of www.dokobit.com (identification with Smart-ID is required).
- The application should be sent to us by e-mail hello@lemongym.lv.
- For the new owner of the membership, an agreement will be drawn up and sent to the e-mail specified in the application. The contract will need to be signed with a secure electronic signature and sent back to the e-mail hello@lemongym.lv. After that, the contract will be added to the profile of the new owner My Lemon Gym.
Take into account that the contract will be active only after the new owner of the contract has made all the necessary steps.
Is it possible to suspend/freeze the membership?
The membership can be suspended (frozen) for 3.49 EUR/week. The freezing service is available 8 times during the entire term of the contract. The contractual commitment period will be extended by the same number of days.
PREMIUM owners have the option to suspend (freeze) their membership for 4 weeks for free.

The membership can be freeze at any time, if has no outstanding financial obligations with LEMON GYM.
Can I change my chosen home club?
In the case of a PREMIUM membership, you have access to all 8 LEMON GYM clubs and can visit any of them, unless otherwise stated in your contract*
It is not possible to change a club if:
- A pre-sale membership has been purchased
- Your existing membership is not available at the selected club (e.g. COMFORT subscription is not available)
- A membership has been purchased at a lower price than is available at the selected club (for example, if you have purchased a COMFORT membership priced at 19.99€/month, it is not possible to exchange the existing club for another club where the same membership currently costs more)
In other cases, it is possible to change the club and the fee for this service is 3€.
*Does not apply to promotional PREMIUM subscriptions that have only one club access.
What is the cost of additional services?
- Fee for a new padlock: 6-10 euros
- Fee for transferring the annual membership to another person: 5 euros
- Club change fee (not available for pre-sale memberships and in clubs where your membership is currently unavailable or the type of membership in the desired club initially costs more than yours): 3 EUR
- Fee for vitaminized water “YANGA“: 6.99 euros/month.
- Group trainings fee: 9 euros/month.
- Fee for membership suspension for 7 days (max. up to 8 weeks during the year): €3.49/week.
- Fee for exclusive group training LEMON GOLD: 9.99 euros/month.
- Membership fee for ROLL SHAPER massage roller: 9.99 euros/month.

ENTRANCE TO THE CLUB
How to get a QR code?
- Download the “LEMON GYM Latvia” mobile app;
- Enter your e-mail and create a new password by clicking on “Forgot password”;
- Join the app and select “My QR Code”.
Scan the QR code in the scanner located on the turnstile.
What should I do if I can’t scan the generated QR code?
To successfully scan the QR code:
- Hold the phone at a distance of 5 – 20 cm;
- Make sure that the phone screen is bright enough to scan the QR code;
- Scan the QR until the beep sounds and the green light appears.
After successful registration, immediately go inside by turning the revolving gate (turnstile) forward by hand (the gate will not turn by itself)!
If you still can’t scan the QR code:
- Make sure you have paid for the subscription. You can do this on the MY LEMON GYM self-service portal;
- Contact the LEMON GYM call center at +371 27275757;
- Watch video instruction.

What should I take with me when coming to the club?
When you come to the club, don’t forget to take with you:
- Locker padlock – if you don’t have your own padlock, you can buy it in the “Kafijas pasaule” vending machine, which is located in each LEMON GYM club, for 6€/pc.
- Two towels – one to put on exercise equipment and a fitness mat, the other – to use after a shower
- Water to drink during and after workout
- Sports shoes and comfortable sportswear
- Non-slip rubber slippers for shower and sauna
Is it possible and in which clubs to issue a Membership card?
It is possible to receive a Membership card in sports club Akropole during the working hours of the administration.
PAYMENT OF INVOICES
How to pay for a membership with an insurance policy?
If you have an ERGO, BALTA, BTA, Gjensidige or IF insurance policy and it pays for sports services, you can also make payments for a LEMON GYM membership with an insurance card within the set limit.
If you have a policy from another insurance company and it covers sports services, then we will issue all the necessary documents so that you can submit them to the insurance company and recover the money paid.
Is it possible to pay for the membership in cash?
No. Payments are made by e-invoice or on the self-service portal MY LEMON GYM by making a transfer from a bank card.
By what date should e-invoices be paid?
E-invoices must be paid by the 10th day of the current month.

What is YANGA sports water?
YANGA improves digestion, quenches thirst, supplies cells with minerals – there is not enough fingers on the hands to count all the good properties of YANGA water! You should know that lack of water can cause headaches, tension in muscles and joints, so keep the water bottle at hand during workout, especially now that YANGA water with a variety of tropical and refreshing flavors is available in our clubs! For only 7.99 EUR / month*, you will be able to quench your thirst before, after and also during workout. YANGA water is available every 45 min, 500ml.
*The price of YANGA sports water depends on the type of membership you have.

LEMON GOLD is an exclusive and modern group workouts that take place in LEMON GYM clubs SKANSTE, PĻAVNIEKI and AKROPOLE. Learn more about LEMON GOLD group workouts here.
For PREMIUM and PREMIUM FLEX memberships LEMON GOLD trainings are included for free. COMFORT and FLEX memberships group trainings and LEMON GOLD trainings can be added for an additional fee. GROUP CLASSES
Are group workouts available at all clubs?
Unfortunately, we do not offer group workouts at the Ķengarags club.
What group trainings do you offer?
We offer more than 1000 group workouts for every taste and preparation. Group workouts are divided into 4 categories. If you want to relax your mind and relax, choose one of the body&mind category workouts. If you want to challenge yourself and build beautiful muscles, choose one of the cardio or strength category workouts. If you want to enjoy exclusive and modern workouts, choose one of the LEMON GOLD category workouts.
What should I consider when applying for a group workout?
In order to build the most successful cooperation, the following shall be taken into account:
- For group workouts, it is mandatory to register on the schedule at lemongym.lv or in our app:
- At the same time, you can have an appointment for 3 workouts (no more);
- Registration is possible only one hour before the start of the specific group training;
- Cancellation close 90 min before the start of the specific group training;
- If you apply for a group workout 3 times in two weeks, but do not come, then you will be denied applying to group trainings for 1 week;
- You have the opportunity to reserve a place for group workouts for the next 3 days;
- Group workouts take place if at least 3 participants have applied for it – please make sure that at least 3 people have applied for it an hour before the training;
- Be honest and withdraw from the workout if you can not come.
Thank you for your understanding, cooperation and we apologize for the inconvenience caused if we are forced to cancel the group workout.
How do I sign up for a group workout?
If you are a LEMON GYM customer, you can sign up for group workouts in the LEMON GYM app
or on a self-service portal or on a self-service computer located at the entrance to each club.
- Registration is possible only one hour before the start of the specific group training;
- Cancellation close 90 min before the start of the specific group training;
What if I can’t attend a group workout?
If you have registered for a group workout, but find out that you will not be able to attend it, do not forget to cancel your reservation at least 90 min. in advance! You can do this in the LEMON GYM app:
If you apply for a group workout 3 times in two weeks, but do not come, applying for group trainings for 1 week will be denied.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
How to terminate the contract?
Contracts concluded on the LEMON GYM website are considered distance contracts. If you have decided to terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, you must fill out an application for withdrawal from the concluded contract.
If the customer uses the right of withdrawal after submitting a request to LEMON GYM, the customer shall refund to LEMON GYM an amount proportional to the part of the contract performed in relation to the full performance of the contract at the time when the customer informs the service provider of the withdrawal. That amount shall be calculated on the basis of the final price fixed in the contract. Where the final price is excessive, the amount to be paid by the customer shall be calculated on the basis of the market value of the part of the contract performed.
In order to terminate the contracts concluded in person, you can send an application for termination of the contract by e-mail.
The customer has the right to choose one of two payment options offered: pay the discount on the membership provided, which is specified in the customer’s contract, the total amount for the period from the beginning of the membership to the last day of the contract, or pay for the membership for all remaining months until the last day of the contract.
Can I terminate a COMFORT/PREMIUM membership that has a minimum usage period of 12 months?
Yes, the membership can be terminated, but it will be necessary to refund the discount received for each month used. The discount is calculated based on the FLEX/Premium FLEX membership price in at that time. It is possible to transfer the membership once to another person by paying an administration fee of 5 EUR.
The customer has the right to choose one of the two payment options offered: pay the discount on the membership granted, which is described above, the total amount for the period from the beginning of the provision of the membership to the last day of the contract, or pay for all remaining months of the membership until the last day of the contract.
Can I cancel a membership that has a minimum term of use without a discount refund?
The membership may be terminated due to a critical illness or military service without refunding the discount received for the period used.
It is necessary to send a document confirming this fact, obscuring the second part of the personal code and other information unnecessary for us, leaving only the name and date of birth.

What are the personal identification methods?
To ensure customer identification, as well as access to the Sports Club, the following identification methods are offered:
- QR code that is generated in the LEMON GYM Latvia application;
- Membership card, which can be obtained only in clubs where there is an administrator, and only during the administrator’s working hours, by presenting your passport / identity card / driver’s license.
