LEMON RUN in training together with coach Klinta Lauska, you will go on the road to sporting success! You will have the opportunity to receive an individually adapted training plan that corresponds to the selected distance, physical fitness and goals in order to achieve the best results.
She has considerable sports experience and achievements – a multiple medalist of the Latvian championships, a long-time winner of the Stirnu buk and the third best marathoner in Latvia in 2024. Klinta is not only a fast runner, but also an experienced fitness, yoga and running coach who will help you improve your running technique, strengthen your body and reach new heights with openness, sincerity and a smile.

What will you get?
🍋 Deep muscle strengthening will focus on the “secret muscles” that provide stability, balance and movement efficiency. The deep musculature acts as the foundation of the house of movement – a strong foundation provides stability for the rest of the body. Strengthening the deep muscles will not only improve your running technique and efficiency, but also reduce the load on your joints and other body parts, which also reduces the risk of injuries, which means you will be able to run longer.
🍋 Improved body control and endurance will help not only in running, but also in everyday life, such as carrying shopping bags or running to the bus. Strong foundations help to achieve higher results both in sports and in everyday life.
🍋General fitness will help improve posture, body mobility and overall fitness. With such a foundation, achieving better results will be quite natural – both on the track and in everyday life!

🎯Every Wednesday, at 17:30, SKANSTE club area
What will you get?
🍋 Running exercises – you will develop and improve the stereotype of running movements and become a master of running technique.
🍋 A stronger body – muscle and connective tissue training will improve strength, endurance and flexibility, helping to avoid injuries and prepare for greater loads.
🍋 Longer step – let’s practice lengthening the step, because a longer step means fewer steps to the finish line! Let’s turn theory into practice so that you use not only your legs, but also your mind when running!
Important!
🎯In order to prepare for the marathon as effectively as possible, a closed Whatsapp group will be created, where information about training, videos with exercises that are recommended to be performed at home will be published (e.g. various stretching exercises, exercises to improve running stereotypes), an individually designed training plan adapted to the selected running distance and other useful information. You can join the Whatsapp group by filling out the application form, which will be available from the trainer.
