An interval training system that consists of performing short but intense training intervals. Each training interval lasts 4 minutes, divided into 20 seconds of intense work and 10 seconds of rest. The TABATA training system can be adapted to a variety of exercises, including cardio, endurance and muscle-strengthening exercises. As a result of training, the cardiovascular system, endurance and muscle tone improve. Exercises are adapted to different fitness levels.
